Eligible for full benefits.ResponsibilitiesThis person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day interactive process related to reasonable accommodation requests and leaves of absence for union and non-union employee.Will serve as a liaison between the employees and key partners (including Health Services, Workers Compensation, Park Management, and third-party leave administrator) to oversee the coordination of leave and reasonable accommodation requests.This position also works to ensure compliance with applicable leave and accommodation laws and maintains employee leave and accommodation files and documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area2+ years' of experience working in Human ResourcesMUST HAVE - Leave of Absence, FMLA, etc. experience (specifically administering the accommodations) within the last yearExcellent written and verbal communication, should have critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to work with all types of demographics in the HR/Leave space
