You'll need to be registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and have an advanced degree in chemistry, biology, immunology, or biochemistry (or equivalent experience). If you have in-house experience with small molecule chemistry, that's a big plus. In this role, you'll draft, prosecute, and manage patent portfolios, provide strategic counseling, and support litigation efforts.
