If you are a dedicated, ambitious, and skilled professional with a passion for the law, we would love to hear from you.Job DetailsResponsibilities:Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and contracts.Provide expert legal advice to clients on estate planning matters, ensuring their assets are effectively and efficiently managed during their lifetime and beyond.Handle business litigation matters, advising clients on their rights, responsibilities, and legal obligations.Conduct research and analysis of legal problems, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case, maintaining professionalism at all times.Negotiate settlements in civil disputes, aiming to resolve cases as efficiently as possible.Maintain current knowledge of changes and developments in the law, staying abreast of current trends in all areas of law relevant to the practice.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have:A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar.A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, estate planning, or business/ corporate law.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound judgments.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.High levels of integrity and professional ethics.The ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.A proven track record of success in litigation and a passion for achieving positive outcomes for clients.Interested in hearing more?
