Reporting to the Assistant Controller. Responsibilities:Oversee the Accounts Receivable Analyst Perform month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.Performs analytical review fluxes as required, including researching variances between actuals and budgetAssisting in forecasting activities for revenue, billings and collectionsSupport annual audits and interact with external auditors as necessaryResponsible for the accounts receivable and revenue function Maintain leasing schedules & the general ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.Ensure compliance with US GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 842 and other relevant accounting standards.Manage accounts receivable and payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Work closely with the audit team during internal and external audits.Oversee the billings and collections of the companyUtilize ERP and CRM systems, particularly NetSuite and Salesforce, to streamline financial operations.Conduct frequent ad hoc reporting and analysisQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Experience in both Public Accounting & private is a MUST (Big 4 preferable) Any experience with ERP Systems and CRM.
