We are a high-growth, mission-driven company seeking virtues-aligned talent to join our team.Position Summary:The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative functions. This position requires a versatile individual who can handle HR tasks, bookkeeping, customer service, executive support, and IT/computer networking. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.Responsibilities:Human Resources (5-10 hrs/week):Manage HR tasks using GoCo or similar HR platforms.Assist with employee onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance.Support HR-related inquiries and issues.Bookkeeping (5 hrs/week):Maintain financial records using QuickBooks.Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.Assist with monthly financial reconciliations.Customer Service (5-10 hrs/week):Handle customer inquiries and issues using Gorgias or similar platforms.Provide exceptional service for meat and perishable product orders.Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.Executive Administrative Support (20 hrs/week):Assist executives with administrative tasks.Coordinate shipping logistics and scheduling.Oversee vendor relationships, including fuel, deliveries, and partners.Utilize organizational software such as Trello, Google Suite, and Excel for task management and reporting.IT and Computer Networking:Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for office equipment and software.Manage computer networking tasks, including setting up and maintaining network connections.Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.Qualifications:Proven experience in HR, bookkeeping, customer service, and IT/computer networking.Proficiency with GoCo, QuickBooks, and Gorgias or similar platforms.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience with Trello, Google Suite, and Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation & Benefits:Starting pay $20-30/hour DOE.
