SummaryBoutique private equity firm is seeking a Receptionist for the front of house role in their beautiful NYC offices. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting visitors, handling the ordering and restocking of food/beverages, taking food and supply inventory regularly, and organize lunches (lunch provided to the office daily). Set up rooms and catering, manage event attendees and RSVPs. Manage FedEx, Uber, Fresh Direct and other vendor digital accounts. Maintain company gym including calling in requests for repair and managing laundry pick up and drop offs. Conference room calendar management and assist in Teams and Zoom setup as needed. Hours are 7:30-4:30 with some light OT for events. Role is in person 5 days a week.QualificationsMust have a completed BA/BS degree. The ideal candidate would have a bachelors degree with 1-3 years of reception, office coordinator or hospitality experience. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
