The company provides total talent solutions in the areas of Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs utilizing a variety of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) including Acro's own VMS application, XRM System; Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO); Employer of Record (EOR); Independent Contractor Compliance and Engagement / Agent of Record (AOR); and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services.The On-Site Supervisor oversees daily account activities at designated client locations, delivering exceptional customer service while addressing staffing needs. This role includes: sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and managing employees on-site, as well as ensuring safety and compliance, along with the coordination of all related administrative and operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:Maintain strong client relationships by handling all inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring consistent quality of service.Efficiently process new orders, ensuring timely fulfillment of client staffing needs.Develop and conclude business plans in collaboration with the AcroBlue leadership team to meet and exceed client expectations.Prepare necessary reports, evaluations, and other documentation as required.Participate in company meetings and contribute to strategic planning as needed.Monitor and maintain attendance records, coordinate new employee onboarding, and manage all pre-assignment paperwork.Source, recruit, and onboard contractors for client positions, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.Obtain referrals of candidates and position openings from employees and customers to build a strong candidate pipeline.Coordinate and participate in career fairs to attract potential candidates.Ensure all onboarding paperwork and pre-assignment requirements (e.g., I-9's, drug tests, skill checks) are completed accurately and timely.Regularly work with contractors to address and resolve employment-related issues.Conduct regular performance evaluations and counsel site employees on attendance, productivity, and overall job performance.Maintain and document customer and employee activities in the appropriate databases.Oversee time and attendance, including timeclock reconciliation, invoice comparison, and paycheck distribution.Monitor employee turnover, document causes, and develop strategies to reduce negative turnover.Conduct On-Site incident investigations, complete all required paperwork, and promote safety policies.Perform any other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the On-Site operations.Required QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma - prefer some college or on the job staffing experience in lieu of college.Experience At least five (5) years of related work experience. Previous roles would consist of; recruiter, recruiter assistant, on site coordinator, staffing specialist, recruitment coordinator.SkillsProficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Able to effectively communicate with all types of people, which includes listening and understanding, as well as conveying ideas and opinions in writing.Able to develop good relationships with various types of people.Able to handle conflict well.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperienceExperience sourcing and on boarding new employees.
