We tend to spend a lot of time with each other, even if it's just on Zoom, and it's crucial for us that every team member enjoys and feels as a part of our Ruti family.Position Overview: As our Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our social media and affiliate marketing efforts. This entry-level role is perfect for a go-getter with 1-2 years of experience in the field. You'll collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to boost our brand's visibility and engagement.Candidates must be able to work on site at our HQ in Oakland, CA.Key Responsibilities:Manage, plan, post, and create exciting content for all Ruti social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Develop and roll out social media strategies that increase Ruti's visibility and engagement.Keep an eye on social media trends, tools, and apps, and bring the best practices to our platforms.Support our evergreen influencer marketing strategy, including identifying and communicating with influencers who align with our brand and can drive high ROI and brand awareness.Guide influencer content with our strategic insights, brand know-how, and social best practices.Coordinate and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, and help us recruit new affiliate partners to our program.Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager and Performance & Retention Marketing Manager to understand how our social channels, influencers, and affiliate partners impact our brand and business.Share your findings and learnings across teams to keep everyone in the loop.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in social media management and/or affiliate marketing.A solid grasp of social media platforms and best practices.Experience with influencer marketing and/or affiliate program management.Stellar written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.A passion for fashion and a sharp eye for trends.
