AGRIServices of Brunswick is looking for an individual to fill the role of Location Manager at our Brunswick East Location. This location operates the company wide bulk seed plant and treating operations. This retail location also specializes in NH3 as well as offering a farm supply store, bag feeds and a grain elevator. ResponsibilitiesThe location manager is responsible for supervising staff at this location. This person fills the role of staff agronomist for the location and works with producers to create crop input plans pertaining to fertilizer, chemical and seed recommendations as well as scout fields and take soil samples as needed. In season, this person is the lead on managing the seed treatment program and related inventory management. Location managers are responsible for ascertaining that all maintenance records are current and in compliance with all local and state regulatory agencies. Day to day, location managers support on site staff and mange customer traffic to ensure business flows successfully.QualificationsMinimum 2-year degree in ag related field or similar field experience.Benefits: Health, dental and life insurance, paid vacation, 401K, company paid retirement plan and much more!Salary commensurate on experience.
