Responsibilities Assist with the communication between the customer services team and our US vendor.Responsible for ensuring the completeness of customs clearance information and documents. Ensure the communication between our service providers and airlines is completed in a timely manner.Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipment's customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.Coordinate and follow-up with our warehouse and 3rd party warehouses for the customer's needs.
