The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on arbitration, labor board proceedings, collective bargaining, and traditional labor matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel to both private and public sector management clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Key Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice on labor and employment issues.Represent clients in arbitration proceedings and before labor boards.Engage in collective bargaining negotiations and draft relevant agreements.Provide legal guidance on traditional labor matters, including union organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice charges.Advise clients on compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement proactive strategies to address labor and employment challenges.Stay abreast of legal developments and trends in labor and employment law.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney.Proven expertise in arbitration, labor board proceedings, and collective bargaining.Experience working with both private and public sector clients.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication abilities.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Interested in hearing more?
