Job Description At WSFS Bank, we empower our Associates to grow their careers, guide our customers to secure their financial futures, and actively support our Communities so they can fully thriveCareers with WSFS Bank offer an inclusive and supportive culture, competitive salaries, advancement opportunities, and moreWe are the region's locally headquartered bank and wealth management companyWe are honored to consistently be named a Top Workplace by our Associates, who make a difference every day for the people, businesses, and Communities we serveWe Stand For Service® is more than part of our name, it's our mission and our purposeThe Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support to the Board of Directors and backup support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Chairman, and PresidentThe Executive Assistant will report to the Director of the Office of the CEO, Chairman, and PresidentThe role encompasses a broad variety of administrative including managing calendars, completing expense reports, composing, and preparing correspondence with a high level of confidentiality, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, preparing Board meeting agendas, compiling documents into Board books for meetings, assisting with Board and Committee minutes, coordinating on projects/requests for data with legal and regulatory areas, including both internal and external auditorsThe Executive Assistant will research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns related to the Board of Directors and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or responseThe incumbent provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive Office and internal departments, as well as Board members and business contacts, all the while demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and supportPrimary responsibilities also include tracking Board meeting attendance, and fees, submitting expenses, assisting with Board minutes, maintaining Board of Director calendars, managing a variety of special projects, and prioritizing conflicting needs with deadline pressuresThis is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week Monday -
