MoodRx presents an excellent opportunity for mental health providers to help those facing burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma relationship issues, school issues, and other mental health issues while also maintaining a flexible schedule to balance their own work and personal lives. The MoodRx clinical team is dedicated to supporting our MTN providers and we are creating an inclusive environment where providers can engage with the broader community for support and guidance using the MoodRx next generation practice management tools. Who Should Consider ApplyingProviders seeking a flexible work scheduleProviders interested and/or experienced in helping those facing mental health issues at home, work, and schoolProviders seeking to work in a diverse and supportive community of peersProviders who want to focus on providing therapy and coaching rather than trying to build a practice and deal with marketing, sales, billing, operations, and other non-therapy related tasksProviders who want to maintain a healthy work-life balance while also helping othersProviders interested in using the next generation MoodRx HIPAA compliant practice management platform to manage their clients, interns, and practice staff Responsibilities Provide therapy to MTN clients in states where you are licensed in or coaching to out-of-state clients within the U.S. Use evidence-based modalities to provide therapy to the clients e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, etc. For clients where therapy is not needed, provide coaching based on mutually agreed upon goals Required to use the MoodRx EMHR (Electronic Mental Health Record) and other tools to book appointments, record progress notes, send invoices, message clients as needed, and review online assessments. Follow MoodRx policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards Be comfortable in providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present higher risks. Qualifications and Requirements Must have a master's degree or a doctoral degree from an accredited college in the U.S. Must be licensed in one or more states in the U.S. to provide mental health therapy in the U.S. Must physically reside in a U.S. state or U.S. territory for this position. Must have access to reliable internet connection for telehealth sessions and access to tools. Must have clinical experience practicing in the U.S. Must have an adequate private, secure, comfortable, and quiet space to conduct sessions. Must carry or obtain a $1M/$3M (aggregate) Individual Professional malpractice liability insurance policy Individual NPI number (MoodRx can guide you on this if needed) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Provide 3 professional references. The pay rate for this position is $75/hour for 1 hour sessions. You may select as many hours as you would like to work and set your own schedule.
