Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Techno BA w Python/SQL (Basel, FRTB) for an opportunity with a client located in New York, NY.Responsibilities:Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutionsGather, analyze, and document customer information, needs, and existing processesDevelop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build, and test plansIdentify, validate, and mitigate technology risksDevelop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutionsEvaluate usability and scalability of solutionsWork with business stakeholders and IT to implement changesDesign, document, test, and implement software solutionsExecute and support infrastructure audits and reviewsTrack and report on project metricsDevelop, maintain, and document project plansManage, document, and support project schedulesRequirements:10+ years' experience with at least 3+ years' experience as a BA/FADelivery focused techno-functional roleGood knowledge of SQL programming preferably with databases such as Oracle ExadataExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDeep understanding of Capital Markets with focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk or Capital calculationsUnderstanding of regulations within the Capital Markets space (Basel, CRR, CRD IV etc)Attention to detail and self-starter, with an ability to identify risks and issues and suggest improvementKnowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computingKnowledge of machine-learning techniques, classifiers and statistical methodsExceptional intelligence and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
