They are experiencing exponential growth, so if you're a motivated, hard-working construction leader looking to join a progressive and profitable firm, look no further, this is the role for you!Responsibilities:Lead technical and administrative management of large-scale projects from start to finish.Ensure on-time completion, contract compliance, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Motivate and supervise self-perform crews and subcontractors.Maintain project scope, budget, and schedule.Collaborate closely with the project team to streamline operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience working for a self-perform company and/or holding positions supervising crews performing site work, including managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors.Strong understanding of project scope, contract obligations, and safety regulations.Proficiency in commercial construction processes.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to complete I-9 requirements.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.Compensation for this position includes an attractive base salary commensurate with experience, variable bonus incentives, vehicle allowance, company credit card, and a comprehensive benefits package.
