DTI has an immediate need for a Remote - ServiceNow Business Analyst | ServiceNow Developer | ServiceNow ArchitectResponsibilities:Updates and develops annotated wire frames and service layer mappingCollaborates with DEV Team to ensure alignment across all groups to business requirementsAnalyzes and documents backend systems and data to develop systems requirements needsApplies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic directionSupports creation of process diagrams and documentation, analysis of process gaps, and design of future-state organization capabilitiesSupports analyst functions, including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectivesSkills:Azure DevOps,Agile,Business Analysis,Requirements Gathering,Functional Testing
