From optimizing product placements to executing innovative marketing strategies, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day.Job SummaryThe Site Merchandising Manager will help increase conversion and drive revenue by improving onsite merchandising strategies and supporting the e-commerce team in the execution of approved marketing, promotional, and product launch strategies. A day in the life of a Site Merchandising Manager:Site Merchandising:· Executes daily updates to multiple e-commerce sites, including new product launches, promotional banners, and assortment organization.· Manages new product setups across multiple stores including gathering product images, details, copy, etc.· Works with Product management to accurately represent all products on the stores.· Monitors the performance of new products, flags any concerns, and strategizes with team on ways to improve performance through onsite exposure and marketing strategies.· Creates proposed sale pricing for approval by Inventory Planning. · Maximizes conversion and revenue goals by using data to optimize product assortment and location.User Experience· Conducts webstore audits across multiple devices to make sure all information is up to date, website functionality is working as expected, and to facilitate the quick and efficient resolution of any errors.· QC's new webstores to ensure it visually looks correct as well as confirm functionality is working properly. · Works closely with the development team to implement new site features. Digital Marketing Support· Coordinates, sets up, and schedules approved email campaigns across multiple stores.· Strategizes with our client base to development quarterly marketing plans. · Assists with social media assets, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.· Crafts copy for social posts, emails, and site banners.REQUIREMENTS: o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)o Proficiency in project management and scheduling promotional events.o Experience using Shopify and an Email Service Provider. (Klaviyo)o Basic HTML Programming languageo Basic statistical analysiso Information analysiso Presentation and organization skillsTHIS ROLE IS PERFECT IF YOU ARE:· Enthusiastic and passionate about online retail merchandising and the theater and entertainment industry· Self-motivated and willing to learn· Detail-oriented and a critical thinker· Adaptable and personable· Great at time management and have exceptional verbal/written communication skills· Able to prioritize, adhere to deadlines, and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, creative environmentMissing some of these requirements, but know that you're the right fit?
