Job Title: Client Delivery partnerLocation : OH (Columbus, Cleveland), MI (Detroit), CA (Los Angeles)FulltimeCapgemini is seeking a senior Client Delivery Partner who will handle delivery for multiple service lines involving IT Application Delivery. In this role you will use your good interpersonal skills with ambition to lead and motivate change to collaborate with GBL (or equivalent), internal practices and other Capgemini market units. You will orchestrate solutions to client challenges and show the connected face of Capgemini to client. In addition, you will also define and drive strategic direction of technology and workforce planning for the account.ResponsibilitiesDefine the transformation of a multi-disciplinary skilled team to a digitally skilled team.Deliver sophisticated projects, breaking down barriers for the team. Work to strategize at a high level and navigate details, to ensure successful completion.Build strong teams by applying thoughtful decisions making.Lead Revenue Margins through Account Numbers.Support account operations, through supporting profitability, contracting, invoicing, and other internal operational tasks, including: people process planning (engagement, energizing, enrichment), delivery quality (with predictability and measurements).Assist the Account Executive and Delivery Executives in handling client relationships, India visits, client satisfaction, and creating action plans to handle partner concernsRun solutions in coordination with Capgemini group, practice lead, and COEs; support innovative initiatives, assist in pre-sales response to RFPs etc.Support and handle Client relationships steering committees and overall account growthBuild and implement the Account roadmap across all service lines; responsible for delivery oversight and direction for the entire Account.Organize status reviews with Account Executives, drive portfolio, financial, operational, and other critical metrics.Skills Required 10 years of experience in end-to-end delivery program management of large programsAbility to drive geographically distributed teams across US and IndiaLeadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operationsDetailed knowledge of contract management and financial managementExperience on end to end delivery management with multiple development methodologies Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc. With the ability to mentor Program/Project Managers (preferred).Hands-on and can-do demeanor whilst demonstrating the highest business ethics and complianceLife at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
