Our client is a $175M manufacturer in the automotive space. We are looking for a dynamic Controller to successfully lead the accounting and finance functions of Vistech Manufacturing Solutions. The Controller position is hybrid based, with office facilities located in Piqua, Lebanon and Fairfield, Ohio and reports to the company CFO. The Controller will direct and oversee the accounting and financial activities of the company working directly with the President and CFO and other senior leadership.This newly created position requires a Controller who has strong accounting skills and knowledge in addition to Controller skills. The company needs a hands-on financial leader who will become actively involved in running the accounting and finance functions.The Controller will be passionate about maximizing the overall financial and accounting functions and growth of the business.Ideal Candidate will posses:7-10 years of accounting experience with at least 5 as Controller in manufacturingCPA preferredMulti plant accounting experienceInternational experience a plusAbility to work remotely and travel 20% to regional plantsTimingThe position is currently open, and the successful candidate can start immediately.TravelTravel is as required but not expected to exceed 20%.Compensation Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and capabilities.
