About the Role: Our client is seeking a talented Compensation Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial in developing, implementing, and consulting on compensation programs for non-executive employees and special incentive initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the annual merit salary increase process, including communications, data collection, auditing, and reportingOversee off-cycle merit and promotional salary adjustmentsAnalyze and recommend changes to salary structures and merit adjustment matricesConduct job evaluations, including job design, analysis, and description writingEnsure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, minimum wage, pay equity)Participate in and analyze compensation surveysConsult with management on pay decisions and policy interpretationsLead special compensation-related projectsIdentify and implement process improvementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience4+ years of broad-based compensation analysis and administration experienceCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation highly desiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in database applications and data analysisExpert-level skills in Microsoft Office suiteSelf-starter with strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWhat They Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentFlexible work arrangements (two days in-office, 3 days at home)Inclusive work environment valuing diversity and innovationEmployee resource groups and professional networks
