Judge Direct Placement is seeking a second shift bilingual (English/Spanish) Distribution Manager in Hazleton, PA area! The candidate will drive results that achieve budgeted costs and progress against effectiveness of KPI's. They will be responsible for managing staff and support associates. As well as making day-to-day decisions for group/department.Responsibilities:Understand the entire distribution and operationsManager supply chain programs to provide lower product costDevelop, monitor and report KPI's for all distribution operationsProvide leadership in distribution and supply chain initiativesResponsible for overseeing distribution center employeesExecute all day to day activitiesResponsible for safety and engagement processDevelop and implement budgetsOversee, manage, and report operational expensesSupervise and coach direct reports including performance reviewsRequirements:MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)MUST be open to second shiftBachelor's degree preferred10+ years' logistics experienceKnowledge of warehouse and transportation management systemsProficient in Microsoft Office programsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills
