Position Summary:Reporting to the Director of Operations, Fleet, the Install Team Lead, Fleet plays a critical role in installing vinyl graphics for a single vehicle or multiple vehicles in large fleets. This position leads a team of two ensuring installations are performed in an efficient manner with precise accuracy while maintaining Advertising Vehicles' highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Lead team of two installers providing clear instructions, guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Adherence to Advertising Vehicles' installation process as well as company procedures, quality and productivity standards. Prepare surfaces for vinyl graphic installation. Installation of vinyl graphic wraps on various vehicle types (single or multiple units in a fleet). Removal of vinyl graphics and adhesive from a variety of surfaces without causing damage to the surface. Responsible for completing and signing off on quality checklist before vehicle is returned to customer.Proper use of tools and heating techniques for quality installations. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and fostering company culture with a continuous improvement mindset.Understanding and use of company technology. Assist Installation Supervisor in training and mentoring new hires and existing employees to foster continuous improvement and career growth. Assist Installation Supervisor with day-to- day responsibilities as needed.Qualifications & Skills:3+ Years Fleet installation experience required. 3M certification required within 3-6 months. High School Diploma or equivalent. Microsoft Outlook and Teams knowledge. Attention to detail. Knowledge of best practices and safe working environment during installations. Commitment to delivering exceptional quality. Effective communication skills to provide customer service to internal teams. Ability to work independently or on a team.Travel as needed based on business needs. Maintain punctual attendance. Work Requirements:Continuous standing, walking, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination.Frequent lifting, carrying, balancing, heights, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling.Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding to perform installations on large vehicles. Occasional sitting, pushing, pulling, talking, and hearing.Good vision for inspecting and ensuring precise installations. Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds, slouching, bending, reaching, grabbing and standing on your feet the majority of the day.
