Our client, the nations largest GC firm, is seeking a Senior Project Executive to join their team supporting robust Advanced Technology / Semiconductor projects in Columbus, OH and throughout the Midwest.ResponsibilitiesDirect and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.Enforce project reporting requirementsManage critical issuesAssume overall accountability for jobsite safety and qualityMentor Project ExecutivesQualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management15+ years in the lead role on projects valued at $150 million or largerExperience leading construction projects and teams in the Advanced Tech/Semiconductor industryOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong technical and communication skills are criticalAbility to work in a team environmentLeadership and management skillsKnowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
