Job Description

Job Summary:Our client is seeking an Senior QA Testing Analyst who will be responsible for the planning, integration, test casing, scripting and execution of all testing to ensure proper coverage. The projects this candidate will be working on are of moderate to high complexity within one or more development environments. This is a hybrid role located in Columbus, OH. Duties:Schedule and lead test deliverables review sessions as necessary Work on multiple projects and systems as a project team member and are considered to be a subject matter expert for a single project and system Collaborate with the BSA and Development teams in the analysis and review of business objectives and requirements to ensure requirements are testable Participate in the review of architectural and technical design specifications Develop, document and maintain the test data, data validation, end to end testing flows Conduct testing using a manual and or automated test processes and reports results May run database queries in order to supply data validation within test scripts Updates test cases based upon approved change requests Desired Skills/Experience: Ability to work with BSAs and Development teams on defect analysis and triage Ability to assign defect severity, and manages defects throughout the project Ability to work with colleagues and project managers to meet established target dates and completion of activities and deliverables under changing conditions Ability to create test status reports per project guidelines Ability to create test results and test summary deliverables to ensure production implementation readiness Ability to create and facilitate review of the Test Strategy with the project team Ability to identify any potential quality issues per defined processes and escalates potential quality issues immediately to management Ability to collect testing sign-off from all testing participants, including cross-impacted application teams Ability to ensure all aspects of testing, such as manual execution, regression, automation and performance testing, is completed Ability to collaborates with Project Test Lead on estimating the test efforts Ability to collaborate with the project team to support UAT efforts as needed Ability to maintain the regression test bed to meet changing requirements Ability to participate in off-hour production releases as needed Ability to support the projects warranty period as needed Ability to work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgement and problem solving Ability to provide mentorship to junior team members as needed Ability to understand and follows the project lifecycle methodology consistentlyBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
