Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid/Remote Lead Python Developer to support an exciting SaaS start-up in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:Requirements: 6+ years of software development experience using Python/Django framework.Must have experience working in an AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud environment.Familiarity with JavaScript and other Frontend frameworks.Great communication with the ability to speak to external vendors and other stakeholders.Onsite 3-4x per month in Richmond, VA. Desired Skills:Google Cloud Platform CertificationsHands on HTMX experience highly desiredResponsibilities: Provide Production support to the application and requests from different customersNew feature development - make sure the business is producing features that are meaningful and possibleUnderstand the landscape for Google APIs and how to create themKnowledge of how to implement third party integrations, especially call tracking system integrations Debugging, maintaining, and modernization of further development and pWriting testable & scalable codeInterface with Stakeholders, Customers, and vendors of other solutions that will integrate into the software
