This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in defense litigation who is looking to grow their career at a prominent national law firm.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload involving complex litigation matters, including general liability, professional liability, and commercial litigation.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various litigation matters.Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in relevant areas of law and attend continuing legal education (CLE) programs.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar.2+ years of experience in defense litigation.
