Jackson James are staffing an implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O for an enterprise client based in Kenosha, WI.As Finance Lead you will use your functional experience of implementing D365 F&O applications to support the ongoing delivery and work towards a successful go-live in 2025.Responsibilities:Be a functional ERP owner of all finance processes.As a D365 F&O finance functional owner, you will be part of team that helps discover and define the problem statements, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations.You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, including functional and technical specs, and implement per the plan.Coordinates all testing process with business team for test cases and integrations like OANDA and SKGlobal.You will also support training and knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding solutions that enable our team to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Collaborate with business team members to assist in development of new solutions which solve business challenges.Functional skills to manage Requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, Integration functional testing, manage/support user acceptance testing, Training, and hyper care support.Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements.Leads review of all business cases for new features for new Microsoft releases and for internal new requests.Leads regression testing for new code releases for all things Finance related.Liaison with business users for new requests, evaluation, and owner of processes related to finance teams.Leads regression testing for new code releases for all things Finance.Qualifications:Experience implementing Dynamics AX/365 F&O and other ERPs.D365 application knowledge across the core Finance modules.Microsoft certifications preferred but not essential.Solution-led approach and ability to work independently.Interpersonal skills to develop client and team relationships.Finance or Accountancy background is preferred.The client would prefer contract-to-hire with an initial 6 month contract. The rate is open depending on level of experience. However if you are only interested in contracting or a fulltime position then I would recommend still applying as the client can be accommodating for the right candidate.
