We are currently seeking hard-working, motivated individuals for our open Regional Employee Relations Manager position!Responsibilities:Monitoring and managing the disciplinary process of the labor group with the management and HR staff.Analyzes and assists in the preparation of arbitration, mediations, hearings and any related Labor relations activities in order to identify problem areasAssists and adheres to the terms of labor agreements by monitoring day to day implementation of policies and procedures, wages, hours and working conditionsPartners with HR and Operations Management on investigations and disciplineWork closely with the Operations Management team to provide support, advice & counsel as necessaryOversee fact-finding process and provide input when necessary to investigations for site grievances and employee disciplinary issuesEnsure compliance with labor agreements and company policies through labor auditsThe ideal candidate will possess the followingBachelor's Degree preferred with concentration in Labor Relations3+ years of Labor Relations/Employee Relations experience while handling multiple locationsExperience in conducting investigations and recommending disciplineExperience in grievance handling and arbitration preparationAbility to relate and communicate effectively with all levels of employeesExperience in transportation, logistics, and/or warehousingStrong written and verbal presentations skillsAbility to work independently
