The successful candidate will be responsible for developing product strategies including strategizing product/market fit, creating product roadmaps, and working collaboratively with our technology partners to ensure the successful commercialization, launch and ongoing improvement of our products and solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesUser SupportAssist users with CodePay dashboard systems and payment applications, including troubleshooting, answering inquiries, and providing guidance and training.TroubleshootingIdentify and resolve issues with systems and devices, such as network connectivity problems, software bugs, and hardware malfunctions.Equipment ManagementManage the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and updates of IT equipment like computers, printers, and network devices to ensure operational efficiency. ( Maintenance our office equipment )Software Installation and UpdatesInstall, configure, and update software applications to ensure compatibility and smooth operation. ( Maintenance our office equipment )Security ManagementMonitor and manage the security of IT systems, including firewalls, antivirus software, and security updates, while also providing security awareness training. ( Maintenance our office equipment )Documentation and Knowledge Base ManagementMaintain technical documentation and knowledge bases to facilitate self-help for users and improve support efficiency.Monitoring and ReportingMonitor system performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement to support decision-making processes.Project ParticipationParticipate in IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, or migrations, providing support and assistance as needed.DevOps TasksAutomation: Implement and maintain automation tools and processes for continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD).Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud services, container platforms, and virtualized environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software delivery.Monitoring and Alerting: Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system performance and reliability.Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between development and operations teams to streamline processes and resolve technical issues effectively.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.Strong interest and understanding of DevOps culture and tools.Effective communication and collaboration within a team, along with strong problem-solving skills.Fluent in English with the capability to read and write technical documentation.Bilingual Mandarin for efficient communications with our manufacturing partner.Internship DetailsA 6-month internship period.Exceptional performers will be considered for full-time positions.Our company is e-verify compliant, and provides H1B visa sponsorship for outstanding employees.
