Junior Scientist - Stem Cell LabKelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Junior Scientist for a direct hire position at a leading client in the stem cell research industry in Gillette, WY. This role will give you an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research, helping to make a meaningful impact on human health.Schedule: Mon-Fri day shiftResponsibilities:Design and conduct experiments to explore the properties and behavior of stem cells.Develop and optimize protocols for the isolation, culture, and differentiation of stem cells.Investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying stem cell self-renewal, differentiation, and reprogramming.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate the therapeutic potential of stem cell-based approaches for various diseases and conditions.Analyze and interpret experimental data using advanced techniques and bioinformatics tools.Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in stem cell research.Contribute to the preparation of research proposals, publications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses in accordance with regulatory standards.Qualifications:Master's or equivalent degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.Strong background in Cell & Gene Therapy translational sciences.Proven expertise in stem cell culture techniques, including mesenchymal, hematopoietic, and umbilical cord stem cells.Knowledge of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) is desired.Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qRT-PCR, Western blotting, immunostaining, and FACS analysis is required.Strong background in cell culturing, signaling, growth, and differentiation pathways. Cell culture image analysis.Prior experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.Proficiency in data analysis using statistical software and bioinformatics tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Demonstrated track record of scientific productivity, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.What happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
