We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of how to manage a team across a variety of departments, be able to leverage data and analytics to drive improvements and lead the facility as a whole. BIG emphasis on understanding P&L, maximizing profit and decreasing operating costs. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations & a team of about 40 people across multiple departmentsOversee general operations (manufacturing, Lean/Six Sigma)Be able to effectively maximize productivity, increase profitability, decrease operating/manufacturing costsOversee multiple personnel, schedules, inventory and vendor relationsEnsure the cultivation department is adhering to state regulatory compliance standards & documentationOther tasks as neededQualifications2+ years in facilities operations managementCannabis industry not NECESSARY but preferred1+years of STRONG supervisory experienceMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) OrganizedStrong leadership skills, communication skills and high energyIf this sounds like your new FANTASTIC opportunity, drop your resume and let's be 'buds' :)
