Stafford Leavitt, an affiliate of Leavitt Group in Harrisonville, MO is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team Who are we? Please watch This position will work closely with the commercial lines manager in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts.Responsibilities are assisting as follows:Prepare the applications for the submission with underwriting information provided by the producerDaily ongoing relationship with Commercial Lines Account Manager and Commercial Lines Manager regarding specific deadlines and ongoing projects/tasksWork with the service staff to meet timeline (deadlines)Work with assigned Commercial Lines Account Manager and Account Executive on marketing procedures with discussed selected marketsFollow up with Markets for quotations.Create the proposal under the direction of the Account ExecutiveCreate Proposal bookletsCheck for any discrepancy's b/w submission/quotation/proposalMake any proposal changes and quotations from client meeting with the producer directed by theWork with Producer to provide binders of insurance/Get client sign offCertificate issuanceCheck policies with Submission/quotation/proposalInvoiceCheck endorsements against Account Executive requestsQualificationsMust have strong computer software and in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, WordMust have strong oral and written communication skillsMust have experience with carrier rating softwareMust have a current P&C license3-4 years of experience preferredAMS360 experience preferred Stafford Leavitt offers a full benefits package including;Health InsuranceDental and Vision Insurance401(k) with matching employer contributions.HSA and FSAPaid sick and vacation leave/staffordAs a national company, the Leavitt Group is the 19 th largest privately-held insurance agency brokerage in the nation, with over 250 locations across 27 states.
