This person will be responsible for leading new product development and R&D projects relating to energy storage. He/She will work on the electrical team and cross functionally with the mechanical, software, and quality teams. This person will sit on technical customer discussion meetings and work with the project managers on design quotations. They must have an exceptional understanding of power electronics starting at the design, creating simulations, making test plans, testing the product, and making certifications or patents for the product itself. He/She will also be evaluating electronics system operation and recommend design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.
