If you are excited to join an local organization with ambitious expansion plans, apply today!Employment Type: Direct hireLocation & Worksite:Lynnwood, WAOn-siteResponsibilities:Engage with existing and new clients, providing comprehensive tax planning and adviceOversee the tax production team, focusing on entity, individual, fiduciary, and gift/estate taxationProvide leadership, training, and mentorship to staff and supervisor-level team membersCollaborate with senior leadership on growth opportunities with existing clients and prospects, and additional regional locationsDevelop and sustain strong referral relationships with clients and other professional advisorsContinue to develop client relationships through networking and business development activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field, CPA, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation5+ years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis on tax, including recent experience managing client engagementsExpertise in entity, individual, and/or fiduciary taxation, with an understanding of complex investments and related tax implicationsFamiliarity with multi-state taxationStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while handling multiple tasksSalary, Benefits, & Perks:$95,000 - $150,000Medical, Dental, and VisionPTO401(k) with company matchRelocation stipend for out-of-state candidates
