Our client is currently looking to add a designer/sale in Ashburn, VA showroom. The ideal candidate is an experienced design/sales professional who values a consultative sales approach; listening to client's needs, identifying and providing creative solutions, and maintaining communication with clients throughout the life cycle of the project. On average, our designers earn between 50k and 100k annually. ResponsibilitiesEngaging with and qualifying leadsEducating clients about our process, services, and productsConsulting with clients to determine their desired project goals and provide solutionsProducing designs and estimating material and labor costs; preparing proposals and contractsPerforming site visitsManaging clients accounts including maintaining communication and addressing concerns/issuesAssisting with showroom organizationQualificationsSelf- motivated and comfortable taking initiativeInformation seeking; asks questions and proactively engages in the processExcellent account management and sales skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to think creatively; solution- seekingComputer skills including familiarity with MS OfficeMathematical skills for accurate measurements and cost calculationsStrong preference will be given to candidates who have the followingExperience working in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry, interior design, sales, customer service.Experience with 20/20 Design, or similar software.
