The Roofing Production Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing production, from scheduling and material procurement to on-site management and job close-out.YOU are Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.Responsibilities:Must haveLead Mighty Dog Roofing's evolving production process within a high growth paradigmLead pre-construction meetings/consultations with homeowners when necessary to ensure accurate installation and align on expectationsLead the Job kickoff processLead the screening of labor partners to create long term win-win partnershipsManage job "kick-off" duties, including conducting on-site safety briefings, ensuring that all correct materials have been delivered, install crew is clear on job to be performed, Customer Success staff can update homeowner on expected job progress for the day, "before" photos are complete, homeowner property is adequately protected from damage, and company-specific norms are adhered toManage job close-out planning, including scheduling the removal of excess materials and waste.
