Position This exciting new role is a strategic role focused on managing and expanding relationships with enterprise and clients across the United States. This position drives revenue growth by delivering cutting-edge telecom solutions and advanced networking technologies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious targets, ensuring a superior customer experience and long-term partnership success. Account Management & Client Relations * Serve as the primary contact for high-value enterprise accounts across the USA, ensuring satisfaction and retention. * Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, within assigned accounts. * Develop and execute strategic account plans that address client needs with tailored telecommunications solutions. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts, expanding the scope of service agreements. * Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by implementing strategic sales initiatives. Team Collaboration & Leadership * Partner with internal teams-engineering, product development, marketing, and customer success-to deliver exceptional service and support. * Mentor and guide sales team members, sharing expertise on enterprise sales strategies and telecom technologies. * Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring terms align with both client expectations and organizational goals. Market Analysis & Reporting * Stay updated on U.S. telecommunications market trends, including regulatory developments and emerging technologies. * Analyze account performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline data to inform strategic decisions. * Provide detailed reports to senior leadership, including insights for market positioning and customer engagement. Stakeholder Engagement & Networking * Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings. * Leverage professional networks to generate leads, explore new opportunities, and strengthen industry presence. * Foster long-term partnerships that position the organization as a leader in telecommunications solutions. Requirements * Experience with federal and state government contracts and RFP processes. * Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and standards in the U.S. market.
