Technical Assistant (General Clerk III) - HAB | Walla, WA - GSSC Full-time ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm focusing on providing value to clients through tailored solutions based on industry-leading practices. ProSidian services focus on the broad spectrum of Enterprise Solutions for Risk Management | Compliance | Business Process | IT Effectiveness | Energy & Sustainability | Human Capital . This service supports Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure Sector clients. ProSidian Team Members work as part of the Engagement Team Cadre to provide Hanford Advisory Board (HAB) Facilitation Support and OBO The Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office. The Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office, is in need of general support services to support the Hanford Advisory Board for six issue-based standing committees: Executive Issues Committee Tank Waste River & Plateau Health, Safety, & Environmental Protection Budgets & Contracts Public Involvement and Communications The ProSidian Engagement Team is responsible for labor, supplies, equipment, all logistics for meeting space, meeting execution/administration, recordkeeping, and other activities needed to facilitate interaction among the Tri-Party Agreement (TPA) agencies and members of the Board. Technical Assistant (General Clerk III) - HAB | Walla, WA - GSSC Candidates shall work to support requirements for FY21-004: Hanford Advisory Board (HAB) Facilitation Support Swim Lanes and: Establish and distribute all HAB meeting schedules, agendas, and work plans in consultation with the DOE HAB Coordinator(s) or their delegate. Ensure committee and Board agenda topics are included in the agenda in a timely manner and are acceptable to the three agencies prior to distribution. Maintain open, ongoing and effective communications with agency representatives. Develop and distribute the HAB Annual Report as requested by DOE Federal Coordinator. Assist with Ecology's Annual HAB/Public Involvement Survey. Maintain a HAB library per FACA guidelines. Monitor and assist in carrying out administrative procedures as developed by the Board. The Technical Assistant (General Clerk III) - HAB | Walla, WA - GSSC shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, must be able to use a computer to communicate via email, and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). U.S. Citizenship Required Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Products All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements. TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements.
