JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face, field marketing position. The main focus of the Marketing Representative is to broadcast the company’s vision by building and maintaining relationships with local physicians, schools, sports programs, and the community to sustain and increase patient referrals.This role is responsible for assisting in executing and delivering the organization’s marketing plans, goals and strategies; Directly reporting to the Director of Business Development. REQUIREMENTSDesire to learn along with professional driveExcellent verbal and communication skillsMust have driver’s license & reliable transportationBS or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldEXPERIENCECollege credits in business, communications, marketing.JOB DUTIESEstablish and maintain referral base for ProCare RehabilitationGenerate business through direct sales and marketing visitsDevelop mutually beneficial relationships through face-to-face visits with physicians, nurses, referral coordinators, practice managers, schedulers and all staff at current referral and potential referral sourcesMaintain daily detailed referral log and monthly reports to monitor and identify referral trends and opportunities for growthCommunicate the marketing plan with Clinical Directors in territory
