Job Description The Delivery Merchandiser is responsible for assisting CDL Drivers with loading, unloading and delivering product to customer locations on designated routes. In this role, the Delivery Merchandiser is also responsible for stocking product on shelves and in coolers while ensuring that appropriate rotation standards are maintained. At times the Delivery Merchandiser will ride with the CDL Driver while in other instances the Delivery Merchandiser will work solo transporting themselves between our customers' locations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Delivery Merchandisers assists the Driver Merchandisers throughout the day to deliver, fill, merchandise, condense backstock and rotate products at customer accounts * Pick up company property and returns * Reload truck with customer returns, empty shelves, and pallets * Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures * Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock * Provide superior customer service to consumers and store personnel & foster relationships by identifying and resolving concerns Job Requirements * High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred * 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred * Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred * Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach * Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time * Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance * Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines * Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements Benefits & Perks: 401K with Company Match, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Employee Referral Bonuses, Fitness Reimbursements, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Discounts, Scholarship Opportunities, and so much more! * Benefits may vary by position, location, and union governance* About Coke Northeast: At Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, we start with great people and great brands, in that order.
