Job Description

Responsible for the monitoring & tracking the operational areas of the healthcare system with emphasis on inventory control & record keeping. Responsible for the receiving & shipping of all inventories. Prepare purchase orders & ordering of all equpment & supplies; assists in cleaning & tagging of equipment; prepares equipment & supplies for delivery. Prepare bids as required. Responsible for conducting regular inventory analysis & accountable for daily, weekly & monthly inventory performance reports & reconciliation of all inventory ecords. Maintains MSDS records. High school graduate or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills; proficiency with clerical functions & computer skills. Accuracy & attention to detail; abiltiy to prioritize & multi-task efficiently. Minimum of 3 yrs materials management & inventory control preferred.
