The Client Account Manager will work directly with existing customers to ensure their needs are met including the entry of service requests, updates, quotes, and approvals. This position is responsible to verify client records and pricing are accurate, while addressing client concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Ideal candidates will have experience managing national business accounts in HVAC or related industries. Role and Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns via inbound calls and email. * Answer customer questions and provide proactive updates on accounts. * Work closely with technical teams to deliver quality on the job service. * Able to problem-solve any issues that arise. * Placing and following up on emergency service calls. * Review and negotiate price quotes with HVAC contractors. * Update portals with proper documentation. Knowledge and Skills: * 2-3 years of proven experience in account management, business development, or sales preferably within the commercial HVAC industry. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Detail oriented and able to multi-task. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets and client expectations. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
