Job Title: Maintenance Technician Bethel, CT. Pay Rate: Min $23.00/hr, Max $23.00/hr Shift - 1st Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM. JOB FUNCTIONS Perform Maintenance functions within the manufacturing plant to include: Coordinate maintenance of tooling Assist with repair/maintenance of all machinery, welding machines, and other equipment Perform visual inspection of equipment Design and fabrication of test and production equipment such as pressure cyclers, water flow stands, hydraulic and pneumatic stands, and vacuum systems Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability Perform building maintenance Perform monthly Preventative Maintenance checks Provide plumbing and HVAC services for manufacturing plant MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO PERFORM JOB BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required. Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
