We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on operational tasks including order processing, inventory management, repairs and returns coordination, and shipping logistics. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience with B2C order handling and some experience in the jewelry industry. Responsibilities * Oversee daily order validation in the NetSuite/Spring system and verify vendor portal order fulfillment. * Manage partner marketplace order processing, fulfillments, returns, and assortment data maintenance. * Coordinate with vendors regarding repair and return processes, ensuring efficient handling of vendor interactions and resolution of issues related to repairs and returns. * Update the daily repairs and returns, conduct review meetings with our repair vendor team Requirements * Minimum of 3+ years in operations coordination or a similar role, with experience in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite; familiarity with Spring Systems is a plus. * Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in inventory management and order processing tasks. * Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a positive, can-do attitude. * Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and inventory management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly and execute tasks efficiently while delivering quality solutions. $55,000 - $70,000 a year Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's job duties, experience, and location. We will also consider higher-level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
