As a maintenance technician, you will:Manage the installation and maintenance of our industrial equipmentBe responsible for regular preventative maintenance on current machinesTroubleshoot equipment breakdowns Be responsible for installation of new equipmentKey responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprintsConduct routine preventative maintenance and safety checksTroubleshoot mechanical breakdownsServicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyors systems, and other production related equipment. Fabricating parts for repair and machine upgradesInstalling new equipmentCommunicating with production team and maintain a clean work areaPreparing and submitting maintenance reports Other duties as assigned Job RequirementsABOUT YOUTwo-year technical degree or equivalent experience required Experience troubleshooting and repair or installation of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems requiredAbility to use programmable logic controller systems (primarily Allen Bradley) such as RSLogix.Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints Experience with electrical and hydraulic test equipmentExperience with Microsoft Office, Word, and ExcelAbility to work overtimeBe self-directed as well as have the ability to work in a team atmosphereMust have regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. The employee must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime before & after regular hours & shifts, as well as on weekends.Comply with all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
