Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)Job Location: ArizonaType of Facility: Skilled Nursing FacilityLength of Assignment: 13 weeksStart Date: ImmediatelyWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMRoles and Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to 8-10 patients daily (occasionally up to 11-12)- Maintain a minimum productivity of 80%- Conduct therapy sessions in 30-45 minute time slots- Participate in group therapy sessions when required- Treat post-acute patients recovering from various surgical procedures- Work with both inpatient and outpatient cases, depending on patient needs- Utilize NetHealth EMR system for documentation- Adapt to patient stays ranging from 7-28 days based on surgical procedures- Possibility of occasional Saturday overtime to manage weekly overloadRequirements:- Active Arizona PT license (or compact state license, 12-16 weeks processing time)- BLS certification- Minimum 1 year of experience preferredBarton Healthcare Staffing is excited to work with you!
