Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the facilities and tools available to support your success.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the BCBA at KGH:For Experienced BCBAs:Design and implement advanced ABA treatment programs for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and provide expert guidance to improve client outcomes.Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, providing leadership and support in their professional growth.Develop family support strategies based on individualized clinical recommendations.Analyze client progress and refine treatment protocols to ensure continued success.For New BCBAs:Learn and implement ABA treatment programs under the guidance of experienced Senior BCBAs.Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments with support from your mentor.Receive mentorship in supervising and providing feedback to RBTs.Participate in the development of family support strategies and gain experience in client progress evaluations.Benefit from structured leadership coaching to prepare you for future management roles.Required SkillsRequirements for the BCBA Position:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.Current BCBA certification in good standing (or within 6 months of obtaining for new BCBAs).Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion).Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive clinical environment, with a strong foundation in ABA principles.Ready to embark on a rewarding career with ample growth opportunities in a supportive, clinician-owned organization?
