Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations functions of the organization and will perform a wide variety of tasks related to operations, human resources and administrative support for BHNC.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.This position will work with the Executive Director to implement and executive office and operational procedures, coordinate administrative HR and Benefit administration, onboard and offboard employees and supervise the BHNC Receptionist.The Operations Manager will also coordinate with the HR Consultant and Legal to resolve employee related concerns.This onsite position requires assertive leadership and an innate ability to create and implement systems, demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills, utilize organizational skills as a talent and operate in discretion and patience.This individual must be an exceptional communicator and must able to assess and communicate emerging issues with with ease.
