The ideal candidate will be tasked with leading design efforts on a variety of transportation projects including highway reconstruction and safety, intersection improvements, pedestrian trails, and others.At FPA, our unwavering commitment to dedicated service and innovative solutions has empowered us to build thriving communities and expand our horizons. Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop design documents for a variety of transportation improvements projects utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation SoftwareProvide construction support services as plete assignments independently with minimal supervisionCollaborate with staff within the transportation group and across various other disciplines on larger projects.Delegate tasks to staff engineers and oversee their work.Monitoring of the project schedule, budget, and staffing needsActively participate in client contact and communicationsWork with Regional and Department management on proposals and business development as needed.What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications7 (+) plus years of related work experience.PE license Proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D and MicroStation design softwareExperience in management and design of roadway, traffic, andor bridge improvement projects (NJDOT or PennDOT experience a plus)Well versed in local and national design standardsKnowledge of traffic engineering principles a plusWillingness to represent FPA at professional societies and technical pensation and Benefits: As a valued member of our team, we provide you with a flexible benefits package that reflects our respect for your workplace contributions, professional goals, and personal priorities.
