We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bookkeeper to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can manage a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our Company's daily activities and overall productivity. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial transactions for 3 companies in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Reconcile credit card and checking accounts Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant laws. Assist in processing payroll and labor allocations Monitor and track expenses, identifying discrepancies and ensuring proper classification of expenditures. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for tax purposes and audits. Serve as a resources for QBO and accounting eduction for admin team Assist administrative team on posting correct allocations Assist CEO on Commissions Work with Executive Team on acquisition assessments Work with Executive Team to On-Board new acquisitions Qualifications: QuickBooks Online Certified Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of payroll and tax regulations. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
